Every great wedding has amazing food
The food at Ravine is incredible. During the cocktail hour the Ravine wait staff bring around a delicious selection of expertly prepared hors d’oeuvres, while wine and beer on tap are being served to each guest. Their plated meals include chicken, beef, various fish options, as well as vegetarian or vegan accommodations made by request. It is some of the best wedding food that we have had, and we are impressed and delighted each time we have the pleasure of celebrating one of our couples at Ravine.
Photo Moments at Ravine:
First Look
If you take a walk behind the venue, you can walk into the vineyards on the property. The rows of vines provide the perfect amount of privacy for you to have your special moment when you see each other for the first time on your wedding day.
Ceremony
If you decide to have your ceremony at 2 pm or later the lighting at the ceremony spot on the property shows up beautifully in photos and will allow your two to have a wonderful experience taking it all in as you’re getting married. This lighting continually improves as the day goes on.
Cocktail hour
This is an opportunity for you and your guests to mingle all throughout the bar area and the vineyards. We’re there to capture all of those candid moments of your joy as you share in laughs on your wedding day. Since cocktail hours are usually at 4 PM onward, the lighting will show you and your guests in the best light of the late afternoon to evening.
Sunset
Ravine has some gorgeous spots for sunset photos that will make your day feel that much more special as the warm glow surrounds you. We aim to pull you away from your reception for around 10 to 15 minutes. Your day goes by so fast and taking a few photos at sunset gives you the opportunity to take a moment to reflect on how wonderful your wedding has been, all while getting some beautiful photos. After we are done capturing these photos, we love to step back inside the reception to give you two a moment to be truly alone together. You two have spent all day swept up by the excitement and all of the love given to you by your guests, it is time to take a moment together to celebrate what you have created together today!
Reception
One of our favourite parts of any wedding at Ravine Vineyard is the bonfire they have as the late-night with s’mores. It’s such an amazing way to get all of your family and friends gathered around to just be in each other’s presence, and for us to capture those last few moments in the glow of the fire as the day ends.
Late Night
After you cut your wedding cake it’s time for the late-night food. One of our favourite parts of any wedding at Ravine Vineyard is the bonfire they have as the late-night with smores. It’s such an amazing way to get all of your family and friends gathered around to just be in each other’s presence.
