Kally & Steve had such a beautiful wedding at Steve’s family’s private vineyard. Their ceremony took place under the big tree at at the edge of the vineyard, and the reception in a beautiful tent close to the barn. 1. Create A Timeline
Creating a timeline for your big day is one of the best things you can do while planning. Through the commotion of planning it is super easy to forget. Giving addresses for each location is super helpful. This you won’t be stressed by your friends and family wondering what’s going on throughout your big day.
2. Give Enough Time For Photos
One of the biggest mistakes a couple can make is not allotting enough time for photos. If you end up giving yourself too much time, it will allow you to take time to relax and soak it all in. We find it is always better to allot too much time than not enough. You’ll be surprised at how fast your wedding will go by, so give yourself some extra time. You’ll be happy you did.
3. Ask For Help When You Need It
This is most likely the first time you have ever planned a wedding which means you may not know everything. Don’t worry, it’s completely normal, and we’re here to help. When you have questions, ask your wedding photographers.
4. Don’t Forget The Snacks
No one wants to be hungry on a wedding day. After everyone finishes getting ready, it’s really nice to have a cooler packed with snacks. Having food available while traveling between locations will help your wedding party stay happy, and not hangry throughout your wedding day.
